For Notino, we designed and manufactured a comprehensive automated conveyor line for their shipping warehouse in Romania, which focuses on the distribution of beauty and health products. The system, with a total length of 700 meters, consists of 199 roller and belt conveyors and includes 23 manual packing stations, connections for automatic packaging machines, and a central sorter with a capacity of up to 6,000 parcels per hour. The innovative use of simulation software allowed for the optimization of material flows prior to the actual implementation, ensuring maximum process efficiency. The solution also includes 24/7 service availability with online diagnostics within one hour and the establishment of an on-site consignment spare parts warehouse, guaranteeing the high operational reliability essential for the e-commerce segment.
