Effective from May 1, 2026

Payment Method

• Payment for galvanizing and chrome plating services is possible via cashless transfer only (we do not accept cash or credit/debit cards).
• Payment is made based on an invoice issued with a due date upon release of the goods, using the provided QR code for the respective payment.

Minimum Order Price

• The minimum price for any order is CZK 2,500 (excluding VAT).
• If the value of the order is lower, the final price will be automatically adjusted to meet this minimum value.
• In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the order for operational reasons.

Orders Without a Quote

A price quote will not be prepared in advance for orders where:

• No prior inquiry was made.
• The estimated price of the order is lower than CZK 2,500 (excluding VAT).
• The order involves piece (non-serial) production.
• In these cases, the final price will be determined after completion based on actual costs and the minimum order price.

Handover of Goods

By handing over goods for processing, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions stated above. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not hand over the goods for processing.
