Engineers for Engineers: Looking for future colleagues among students

This year, we once again participated in the popular "Engineers for Engineers" event, organized by our partner, the Secondary Technical School in Opava. This event is key for us - it allows us to meet 2nd and 3rd-year students who will soon be entering the professional workforce.

At the event, we discussed everything that interests young engineers - from the day-to-day operations of our production and professional development at OSTROJ to the specific projects they can get involved in. Our goal is to ensure that vocational training is not just a requirement, but a true launchpad for a successful career.

Our support in numbers:

Currently, 11 students in both vocational and high-school diploma programs are gaining experience in our facilities. And because we see the future in young talent, we plan to open our doors to another 16 students next year.
