The Tool Shop Division with its equipment ranks among the top suppliers in the area of pressing tools, forging tools, low-pressure and high-pressure moulds for aluminum, rubber and plastics, various jigs and other services, such as hardening, grinding, custom milling and measuring with a 3-D measuring machine. The Division specializes in the manufacturing of tools and moulds for the production of wheels in the automotive industry and in the milling of complicated fitting pieces and dies.

Since 2001, progressive investment has been made in the Tool Shop Division in the amount of 73,000,000 CZK. This investment was namely used to buy new CNC machines, which provide our customers with sufficient production capacity and also with the latest production technology. So far, the latest investment has been a five-axis machining center DMU 100 P duoBLOCK (photo) with a tilting head and rotary table with a span of 1,000 x 1,000 x 1,000, which was installed in January 2006.
