We are a team of experts with long time experience in the sphere of drope stampings production. With regard to our own production background we provide our customers with complex services from the development through the manufacture up to the delivery of forgings in the highest quality of working. Development and manufacture of drope stampings
• our own construction and technology of forgings and forge tools
• 3D CAD software – Catia, SolidEdge, 2D + 3D simulation of forming
- Simufact
• production of drope stampings of steel weight category 0,1-20 kg
• our forgings are forged at modern forging lines (photo of machines)
• induction heating of material with blank sorter
• possibility of controlled cooling from the forming temperature
Our own manufacture of forge tools
• manufacture on conventional and CNC machines
• functional surfaces exclusively manufactured by applying the CNC
technology and using the CAM software POWERMILL
• 3D control of execution
Material division
• cold division on SCHUBERT STS 450 shears – bar steel of round
cross-section from D25 to D90
• other dimensions on Behringer band saws
Thermal treatment
• normalization, soft annealing, solution annealing, stress relieving annealing,
BG annealing
• refinement
• surface and high-frequency hardening (for guidance D15-90 mm)
• cementing in gas atmosphere (gas carburizing)
• ensuring the required material tests
Forgings surface treatment
• blasting with the steel granulate
• check for surface cracks - magnetic defectoscopy
• check of material structure - Eddyliner
• calibration and cold forging

We gained a reputation and international references as the subcontractor for car industry, building industry and agricultural technique.
Our processes are certified according to VDA 6.1, ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005. When aiming to provide our customers with faultless products we work with Zero-fault strategy.
