BELT TAKE UP DEVICE
1) Pneumatic Take up
The tensioning power is provided with direct line pneumatic motor with the stroke 2.9 m and is constant in various conveyor operation conditions (start-up, steady-state, braking). Belt Take up Device can also generates belt storage up to 50 m. The working stroke of the take up device eliminating flexible belt extension is 2.9 m. A total lift of the take up device eliminating permanent belt extension can be chosen depending on the total length of the conveyor (with a module 3 m).
2) Gravity Take up
The tensioning power is provided with a gravity take-up weight. Return pulley is placed on special carriage and this carriage is connected with the gravity take-up weight mounted on the similar carriage. Return pulley can be centred by adjusting screws; return unit is equipped with scraper and guards.
3) Electric or hydraulic constant tension winch
The tension power is provided with electric or hydraulic constant tension winch. Belt storage is up to 200 m.
