ACCESSORIES
1) Lateral Transfer Chute
The whole transfer chute is designed as an adjustable structure enabling adjustment depending on the conveying quantity, transport speed, lump size and angle between the feeding and discharge conveyors. The transfer chute is equipped with replaceable boards made from abrasion resistant metal sheet.
2) Receiving Arrangement (hopper)
Transfer idler sets are mounted on the structure in place of transfer point to regulate the direction of conveying rock on a belt. The transfer idler set is equipped with spring-mounted and rubber-coated rollers.
3) Impact Bed
Impact bed is mounted on the structure in place of transfer point and consists of heavy duty impact bars cover special plastic material. The plastic material is abrasion resistant and has very good sliding features. There is rubber between plastic and steel impact bars that damps impact of falling rock. The impact bars are mounted on structure runners by means of braces that have dampers covered rubber.
4) Tray System (under discharge pulley)
Tray system is designed to catch fine material (coal, rock, dry and wet coal dust) under the discharge pulley and transfer point of the belt conveyor and to move fine material by the means of scraper blades onto the discharging conveyor or another place. Blades are driven by a pneumatic cylinder (this is a patented design).
